ARE THE LAWS OF YAH DONE AWAY WITH? No — the laws of Yah are NOT done away with. This is one of the greatest lies taught by mainstream Christianity. The Scriptures clearly affirm that Yah’s laws are eternal, and that keeping them is required for both righteousness and salvation. Let’s break it down with truth from the Word: ⸻ 1. The Messiah Did NOT Abolish the Law “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.” — Matthew 5:17–18 • Heaven and earth are still here, meaning the law still stands. • “Fulfill” does not mean “abolish” — it means to live out or bring to fullness. ⸻ 2. The Law Is Righteous, Holy, and Good “Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.” — Romans 7:12 “The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul…” — Psalm 19:7 • How could something holy and perfect be “done away with”? • Paul upheld the law — he never taught against it. ⸻ 3. The Law Defines SIN “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.” — 1 John 3:4 • If the law is gone, there’s no more sin — and if there’s no sin, there’s no need for a Savior. • That would contradict the entire message of Scripture. ⸻ 4. Keeping the Law Is the Evidence of Love “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” — John 14:15 “He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar…” — 1 John 2:4 • Yahusha (Christ) didn’t teach lawlessness — He lived by the law and taught others to do the same. ⸻ 5. The New Covenant Writes the Law on Our Hearts “I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts…” — Jeremiah 31:33 Quoted again in Hebrews 8:10 and Hebrews 10:16 • The New Covenant doesn’t cancel the law — it makes it internal. • Yah still expects obedience, not lawlessness. ⸻ 6. The Early Apostles Kept the Law “Paul… took men, and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple…” — Acts 21:26 “We establish the law.” — Romans 3:31 • The disciples kept the feasts, Sabbaths, and dietary laws. • They never taught that Gentiles or Israelites could live in sin. ⸻ IN SUMMARY: The Laws of Yah Are Not Done Away With Still in effect Required for righteousness Written on hearts in the New Covenant Kept by Messiah and His disciples Not replaced by “grace only” lies Not optional
