YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

This site has no visitor accounts or payment processing. It does collect limited analytics and information that visitors voluntarily submit.

Traffic analytics

The site records page views, visits, approximate time on site, and popular pages. A random browser identifier is created in local storage and hashed before database storage. A hashed network identifier is used briefly for abuse throttling; raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored by the application.

Children’s Kingdom traffic is included in aggregate counts. The children’s pages do not ask children to create accounts or submit personal profiles. Parents and guardians should submit any inquiry themselves.

Forms and study-update waitlist

When you voluntarily submit a form, the site stores the name, email address, topic, and message you provide. The update list remains a waitlist until email delivery is configured. When it is active, an owner can send individual study updates to confirmed subscribers through the connected email service. Subscription changes require an email confirmation link. Pending confirmation records expire after 24 hours and are cleared during later email requests. Confirmed consent and unsubscribe timestamps are recorded. Sent update records store the campaign ID, recipient address, delivery state and provider receipt to prevent duplicates; draft content is retained for editorial review. Existing subscriptions are preserved while confirmation delivery is unavailable.

Do not submit passwords, financial details, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

Analytics records are intended to be retained for no more than 14 months. Study questions and contact messages are intended to be retained for no more than 24 months unless an active correspondence requires longer. Unsubscribed addresses may be retained in suppression status so they are not reactivated accidentally.

External services

Research links open third-party websites governed by their own privacy practices. The Media Hall uses a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed; YouTube may receive technical information when the player loads or is used.

Browser storage

The site uses local storage for the random analytics identifier and analytics exclusion preference, and session storage for the current visit. It does not use an advertising tracker.

Private learning accounts

Signing in with ChatGPT identifies your account. Only study records you explicitly save are stored in the site database under your account ID. Saved records can include notes, bookmarks, highlights, selected history, course progress, family plans and email interests. These are not published or used for advertising. They remain until you delete them through My Study or request deletion. The site operator can technically access stored data; notes are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not save passwords, financial details or private information about others.

Children should use public lessons with a grown-up; cloud accounts and community submissions are for adults or appropriately supervised teens. Offline packs are stored in your browser and may be visible to others sharing the device. Sign-out does not remove exported files or public offline packs. Email preferences alone do not subscribe you, and email delivery requires a separately connected service.
